Thanks so much for the wonderful time we had at your inn. We were so comfortable there and slept better than we do at home. Thank you again, Crystale and Todd, for the delicious breakfast. You both made us feel completely at home and we cannot wait to come stay there again. - Sue and Dan
As parents prepare to invade campus and surrounding community, one question
prevails: "Where are we going to stay?" With many major hotels booked for
the next four years, families fear the worst-they'll have to stay in a dorm
room. But the Lewisburg area provides comforting alternatives. Local bed
and breakfasts provide their guests with a taste of home. Among many bed
and breakfast one might choose from are:
     Brookpark Farm Bed & Breakfast
Part of the shopping village at Brookpark Farm (including specialty shops
and animals) is the Brookpark Farm Bed & Breakfast.
The farmhouse, built a century ago, is hosted by Todd and Crystale Moyer.
The seven guest rooms are decorated in Brookpark Farm's own Pennsylvania
House Furniture. "It's a country-like atmosphere with locally made, high
quality, Pennsylvania House Furniture," said Todd Moyer.
The central living room is a wonderful place to meet other guest or watch
television. The large wrap around porch with swing and rocking chairs is
another great place to relax after a long day.
Only one and a half miles from campus and right next to the Farmer's Market,
Brookpark Farm Bed & Breakfast is close to campus, while at the same time,
is reminiscent of all that is central Pennsylvania.
While the full country breakfast is served to guests of the bed and
breakfast, Brookpark Farm is open to the public for lunch. An added amenity
is the bed and breakfast's banquet facilities, perfect for graduation
parties or any other special occasion.
"Ours as well as all [bed and breakfast] offer more of a home-like
atmosphere-a home away from home-that's what all our business guests tell
us," said Moyer. - Honey Felter
